Nikki hosted a workshop this past Christmas season at Oh My! Gifts. Working on a Christmas theme, she used items from one season and ‘Redesigned’ them into beautiful Christmas Decor. Our home is incredible since Hurricane Nicola & her team swept through it. Forgotten treasures have a place of honor; clutter has been removed, everything has its place. In a VERY short time you turned our home into a work of art yet it very much reflects our taste. We have lived here over 25 years, suddenly it feels new and fresh and we didnt even paint. We recently listed our home with a real estate agent who suggested bringing in a home stager to help to make our home presentable to potential buyers. We found Nikki’s knowledge in colors and staging very helpful as she is up to date on all the new things in the world of home staging. Along with her help, we made some subtle changes to our home and we were very glad we did. After having our house for sale for quite some time, my husband and I decided to take Nikki up on her offer to home stage our house. She sat down with me and we talked about each room and how it could be presented differently to show off its best features. This consultation allowed my husband and I to focus on the project at hand. Before when we looked at what we had to do to prepare it for sale, it was overwhelming. Now we had a list to follow and someone to go to for advice. Bit by bit, rearranging and purging things we didn’t need anymore, we actually had fun.

Now when the realtor calls for a viewing, I don’t go into panic mode and I have my house ready as if company was coming.
